This is eliminated by the Rosedale QII design. The fast acting hand wheel allows easy operation of the clamping mechanism and eliminates sticking of the clamp. The self-aligning design has no cams or parts that need field adjustment, and there is no wear on the clamp surface. The QII units meet ASME code requirements for 150 PSI rating.
