NewAir is helping home and business owners heat things up for winter with two electric garage heater options for warming unconditioned spaces. The NewAir G56 and the NewAir G73 allow users to bring heat into outdoor workshops, sheds and a two-car garage at the touch of a button.

"Our compact garage heaters are easy to use and heat a large space quickly," said Andrew Stephenson, Director of Product Marketing at NewAir. "Installing a garage heater with a hanging bracket is a snap, but we also have a fully portable option for anyone who prefers to keep their heater on the floor instead of mounting it to the ceiling or wall."

The NewAir G56 comes with a handle to carry it anywhere and cord storage to keep things neat. It features a steel body appropriate for light industrial use and a manual thermostat. The heater warms up to 800 square feet of space using 5,600 watts of power.

For a more permanent installation, Stephenson recommends the hardwired NewAir G73 instead. "We’ve added a swivel bracket that’s easy to install directly to a wall or the ceiling. You’ll be able to hang the heater anywhere and then adjust its position to aim the warmth right where you need it," said Stephenson.

Both 240v garage heaters are UL-certified for safety. "Electric garage heater options are a much better bet than propane or other combustible heat sources because they don’t need venting," said Stephenson.
