Automated Electrified Monorail systems are intelligent, clean, and most importantly, quiet, high-speed conveyor systems. The individually powered carriers are easy to maintain, and the power track features a dedicated communications link to the mainframe or other conveyor control computers. Overhead design saves valuable floor space.
Zone speed control allows travel speeds from 20 fpm up to 300 fpm for high-speed transport. There are two track styles to handle light to medium loads up to 2,200 lb, or a heavy-duty model for load weights up to 6,000 lb.
