December 2005 - Datapaq's innovative CAB (Controlled Atmosphere Brazing) Surveyor system is specifically developed to help ensure your furnace meets the precise conditions for optimum brazing.
Changes in furnace conditions may impact product and production. The CAB Surveyor system performs routine quality checks on your furnace to help eliminate this risk.
Complete with thermal barrier and data logger connected to survey arms, this system is used to capture the baseline profile of your furnace when your product is meeting all physical specifications. Once the baseline is achieved, limits are set to ensure conditions around the profile are working within specification.
Wizard driven CAB Surveyor software allows easy setup and analysis of your profiles. Color light indicators will alert you whether the run is within specification or not. Furnace profiling is quicker and easier to perform, allowing monitoring to become a regular operation.
The CAB Surveyor system also works as a regular Furnace Tracker profiling system. The CAB Surveyor software includes the powerful Furnace Insight package to support this. Profiling your products and furnace with one complete system could never be easier.
