FALL RIVER, MA - HBControls introduces a line of microcontrollers designed for use in instant hot water heaters for home, hotel, or industrial use. Whether for multiple "endless" hot showers, Jacuzzis, or manufacturing processes, a microcontroller can be wired to a circuit "card" in a space-saving, wall-mounted heating unit programmed to maintain a constant temperature (in this case 0.5F). The desired temperature is maintained only for as long as the water flows, saving energy because water is heated on demand. Maintaining water temperature is just one use of a microcontroller. HBControls engineers can work with you to simplify the building and/or upgrading of any microcontroller-based system. Specializing in custom concept-to-product engineering at reasonable rates, HBControls can produce a variety of assemblies tailored to virtually any process. Interfacing with the sensors, keypads, software, and other elements of a particular system, these assemblies serve a multitude of monitoring and control functions for applications such as plastic molding, food processing, semiconductor manufacturing, HVAC/energy-management systems, and motor/machine/lighting control.
