Able to be custom fabricated as needed, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive, PORON® AquaPro™ provides soft (41) to very soft (37) water sealing solutions. Both formulations, which exhibit resistance to stress relaxation and compression set, deliver long-term performance needed to maintain seal. While performing reliably from -40 to +90°C (constant), chemical-resistant and flame-retardant foams also support intermittent use up to 120°C.

New Material Announcement: PORON® AQUAPRO(TM)
Rogers Corporation continuously innovates and expands offerings of PORON® microcellular polyurethane foams to meet customers’ dynamic design needs. The newest addition to the Rogers line of high-performance foam products, the AquaPro™ family provides enhanced water sealing solutions from “soft” (41) to “very soft” (37). The versatile range of materials ensures that design engineers never have to settle when a high performing water seal is required.
As a preferred converter for Rogers Corporation, SRP has access to literature and samples for our customers. We can custom fabricate PORON® AquaPro™ any way you like, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive. We can also provide rapid prototyping capabilities for the entire PORON® product line.
