The Blasomill® portfolio of neat oils exhibits high cutting performance and excellent lubricity over a wide range of materials. The Blasomill® Uni series of oils provide high cutting performance and lubricating properties in metal-removal operations with medium to high cutting speeds (240-600ft/min). The high quality raw materials utilized in formulating Blasomill®, provides a high level of environmental health and safety, with low misting/vapor properties as well as moderate to high flashpoints, thus reducing the risk of auto ignition and smoke formation.



Blasomill® Uni 10 is low viscosity, Swiss-style oil formulated with the latest in state-of-the-art metalworking fluid components. Chlorinated Paraffin is utilized as an extreme pressure (EP) additive package in Blasomill® Uni 10, which delivers excellent cutting performance in medium to heavy duty machining applications, over a wide range of materials. Blasomill® Uni 10 provides excellent foam control in high pressure oil systems, and has been optimized for Swiss-style CNC lathes and Gundrilling operations.
