JDL Proudly Announces the Development of the New Drool Eliminator-II
This Nozzle saves material, down time and eliminates messy clean-up. It fits on any molding machine and any type of material may be used for conventional molding or structural foam processes.
How it works – The Drool Eliminator-II is simply mechanical and was designed to replace costly shut off valves which require hydraulics or air to operate. It does not require hoses or wiring, just thread it on and go! It uses a heavy-load, high heat spring to prevent front end drooling.
The Drool Eliminator-II is 2-1/2” dia. and 6” in length. It comes standard with 1-3/4”- 8 male thread and 7/8-14” female thread (male thread could be modified to any size required by the customer).
