50 to 150 Gallons Per Minute Range Is Now Available In Smartflow(R) Mechanical Flowmeters
50 to 150 gallons per minute range is now available in Smartflow® mechanical flowmeters. A 2 in. NPT(F) connection is required for use with this new range. The 150 gpm flowmeter is rated for pressure up to 100 psi, and temperature up to 240°F/115°C. Rugged wetted parts (brass, anodized aluminum body, buna-n gasket, and polysulfone window) are compatible with many clear liquids. Options include dial thermometers and pressure gauges for additional process information. Dual-scale dial thermometer displays readings in °F and °C. Dual-scale pressure gauge shows readings in psi and kPa. Customers can select one or both gauges for customized application.
In addition to the new range, Smartflow® Flowmeters are available in connection sizes from 1/4" through 2"NPT and flow ranges from 0 to 1.5 gpm through 10 to 100 gpm. These flowmeters are low-cost diagnostic and condition tools that verify and measure water flow rate. Units are also available in 10, 30, 150, or 375 liters per minute. Smartflow® mechanical flowmeters are cost effective and furnish reliable visual flow information. Mechanical flowmeters are well-suited for application in injection molding machine cooling water loops, blending systems, coolant systems, packaging machinery plus varied OEM/MRO process applications.
