Mass Flow Controller handles high pressures.

Press Release Summary:

With built-in electromagnetic valve, Series GFC monitors and controls gas flow. It withstands pressures to 500 psi, (34.45 bar) and operates in temperatures from 32 to 122ºF. Unit operates with clean gases that are compatible with its 316 stainless steel wetted parts. Flow rate range is from 0 to 10 sccm to 0 to 1000 Lpm with accuracy of ±1.5% full scale. Set points can be adjusted with potentiometers or via 0 to 5 Vdc or 4 to 20 mA analog signal.

New! Monitor and Control Gas Flow with The Series GFC Gas Flow Controller

Designed to indicate flow rates and control set flow rates, Dwyer Instruments, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Series GFC Gas Mass Flow Controller.

Featuring a built-in electromagnetic valve, which is used to maintain continuous control of flow rates, and able to withstand pressures up to 500 psi (34.45 bar). The Dwyer Series GFC is an essential tool for many applications. The Series GFC operates with clean gases which are compatible with the 316 stainless steel wetted parts. The flow rate range is from 0-10 sccm to 0-1000 L/min, the accuracy is ±1.5% full scale, and the operating temperature is 32 to 1220 F (0 to 500C). Set points can be adjusted with local potentiometers or remotely via 0 to 5 VDC or 4 to 20 mA analog signal. As a safety feature, the control valve is normally closed to shut off gas glow in the event of a power outage. The Series GFC features a 3-digit, 900 tiltable LCD, and a NIST certificate with each unit. This unit can also be used in conjunction with our Series GFT Gas Flow Totalizer.

The Series GFC, has many attributes that allow the product to be targeted in many different markets for many different applications. These include: semiconductor, automotive, food & beverage, pulp & paper, gas chromatography, pollution monitoring, medical & laboratory, and many more.

Dwyer Instruments, Inc. produces a wide variety of flow products.
