OPEX Releases OPEX Insight New Software Productivity Suite
MOORESTOWN, N.J., May 21 -- OPEX Corporation, a global leader in high-speed mailroom automation and document imaging, announced today the release of OPEX Insight, a software productivity suite for mailroom and scanning operations that use OPEX products. OPEX Insight allows users to track mail and document processing, measure operator productivity, and monitor various system benchmarks on all OPEX equipment.
The Insight Dashboard consists of three modules for evaluating different facets of the operation: Status, Scanner Statistics, and ONS+ Machine Statistics. Status displays real-time processing activity across the entire operation. The Scanner Statistics module continuously stores productivity data as documents are imaged and batches are created. ONS+ Machine Statistics collects processing data from each OPEX device and aggregates it for analysis across the entire operation. Both of the Insight Statistics modules provide supervisors with custom reports, advanced filtering, and rich visualizations.
