Oriskany, New York, October 29, 2001 Terahertz Technologies Inc. announces a new line of laser light sources for the fiber optics test equipment market. The FLS-1350 series comes in three models: (1) FLS-1350 Dual Laser Light Source (1310 and 1550 nm wavelength lasers with single output) (2) FLS-1350-3 Single Laser Light Source (1310 nm wavelength) (3) FLS-1350-5 Single Laser Light Source (1550 nm wavelength). Each unit has a LCD display showing the actual measured wavelength, an Auto-Off mode that shuts the unit down after 15 minutes of inactivity, and a crushproof, waterproof carrying case.
