New High Performance LifeStar®MV Aquatic Pumps
Hayward Flow Control announces the launch of its new High Performance LifeStar®MV Aquatic pumps designed specifically for the aquatic and animal life support systems, as well as aquaculture installations. The specialized construction makes it safe for even the most sensitive aquatic habitats including filtration, heat exchange, protein fractionation, ozone systems, saltwater mixing, fluid transfer and water recirculation.
Engineered for heavy-duty durability, the LifeStar®MV sets a new standard of pump performance. With Best in Class hydraulics, the LifeStar MV provides maximum efficiency, and heads up to 100 feet (7HP model), resulting in more energy savings than any comparable aquatic pump on the market. The LifeStar®MV features a corrosion resistant Glass Filled Polypropylene (GFPP) housing and modular GFPP strainer basket that is separable from the pump housing, allowing more flexible installation opportunities, as well as easier serviceability. A silicon carbide/silicon carbide shaft seal and all wetted hardware manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel are standard for superior life cycle in aquatic applications.
