Zontec Releases Universal Data Interface For Synergy 3000 SPC Software
Cincinnati, OH - Zontec Inc. has announced the release of the Synergy 3000(TM) Multi-function Toolbox, a data interface program that integrates its statistical process control (SPC) software with a variety of multi-vendor hardware platforms and manufacturing systems.
Using the Toolbox, Synergy 3000 users can achieve compatibility with previously isolated systems, enabling them to easily perform the full spectrum of statistical process control activities on any data regardless of its original source. It is a complete, plug-and-play module that requires no additional programming or software customization within the Toolbox code.
The Multi-function Toolbox is designed for:
o Real-time data collection from CMMs, PLCs and other process control devices
o Integrating data from ERP, LIMS, SCADA and other manufacturing systems
o Migrating legacy data from other SPC programs, business applications and databases
o Creating multiple Synergy 3000 Data Table instances at one time
o Bridging OPC servers and the Synergy 3000 OPC client
o Supporting the AIAG Quality Measurement Data (QMD) Specification from standard gaging devices
Synergy 3000 was released in late 2006 as Zontec's fourth-generation SPC technology. It is the quality industry's first SPC software program to fully leverage the Microsoft .NET development platform for secure collaboration and connectivity across traditional Windows networks, Web servers and browser-based users. Synergy 3000 SPC Software can be licensed for either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle database management systems.
