Inclinometers are offered with DeviceNet(TM) interface.

Press Release Summary:

ACCELENS inclinometers are available with DeviceNet(TM) electronic interface, facilitating connection of devices to embedded control units (ECUs) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Other available interfaces include analog (voltage or current), serial (SSI), and CANopen. Offered in single-axis (360°) and 2-axis (±80°) models, devices have molded polyurethane enclosures rated to IP68 and internal components that can withstand shock loads up to 100 g and vibrations to 20 g.

ACCELENS Inclinometers - Now with DeviceNet!

Hamilton, New Jersey - POSITAL's robust and versatile ACCELENS inclinometers are now available with a DeviceNet(TM) electronic inter-face. This makes it very simple to connect these devices to popular embedded control units (ECU's) and programmable logic controllers (PLC's). Other available interfaces include analogue (voltage or current), serial (SSI) and CANopen. Single axis (360°) or two-axis (+/- 80°) models are available.

These devices are suitable for use in harsh outdoor conditions. Their moulded polyurethane enclosures provides excellent dust- and moisture-resistance, (IP68 or NEMA 6 environmental protection) while their rugged internal components can withstand shock loads of up to 100 g and vibrations as high as 20 g. Applications include construction and agricultural machinery, mobile equipment, cranes and lifts and drilling/mining equipment The inclinometer output is individually calibrated at the factory and temperature compensated to ensure accurate signals in any environment.
