Burnsville, NC, Data Techniques, Inc., a leading developer of imaging and facsimile development tools, today released ImageMan.Net 2012. New features and updates include a new Barcode Addon provides support for reading and writing barcodes in a variety of popular 1d and 2d formats including QR Code, PDF417, Data Matrix, Aztec*, Codabar, Code 11*, Code 128, Code 2 of 9, Code 93, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, FIM*, ISBN*, LOGMARS*, MSI 2 Mod 10*, MSI Mod 11*, PostNet*, Standard 2 of 5.
ImageMan.Net toolkit is a set of 100% Managed .NET classes and WinForms controls for building imaging and document management applications in .NET. It supports reading and writing many image formats including TIFF, BMP, FAX, DIB, RLE, PCX, DCX, JPG, JPEG2000, PNG, GIF, WMF, EMF and PDF (Import Export with optional PDF Addons). The object oriented architecture simplifies development and ImageMan.Net includes high and low level functionality for quick development and ultimate control.
Other noticeable new features and updates include:
- Enhanced Searchable PDF Support in the PDFEncoder ande OCR Engine classes.
- Many enhancements to the Thumbnail Viewer control including drag/drop support, checkboxes and new visual attributes
