New Operating Nut Locking Device

Tullytown, PA. USA. May 13, 2017:  IMAC Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of the Operating Nut Locking Device for valves.  This valve locking device will work on a variety of valves with square operating nuts that do not have a locking solution. The device is built from high quality materials, designed for a long, maintenance free service life.  The Operating Nut Locking Device will integrate with different manufacturers.    The device utilizes a powder coated steel dome to cover the operating nut.  Welded to the dome is a 5/16 inch, grade 30 galvanized chain.  One side of the dome has a chain six (6) inches in length welded to it, the other side of the dome has a chain welded onto it available in twelve (12) inch, twenty four (24) inch or thirty six (36) inch lengths.  This length can be customizable upon customer requests.  The steel dome is 3‐7/8 inch in diameter and 4‐1/2 in height.    This locking mechanism will help companies stay within compliance of the Code of Federal Regulations, 49 Transportation, Parts 186 ‐ 199, 192.727 that states when a customer's service is discontinued one of three steps must be followed to insure the stoppage of gas flow; option 1 is he installation of a locking device or other means to prevent opening of the shut‐off valve. The assembly will be domestically made; manufactured at IMAC Systems, Inc. in Tullytown, Pennsylvania.
