PITTSBURGH, PA. Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation introduces the Cutler-Hammer Intelligent Technologies (IT.) D77A I/O and Network Adapter, extending its 24V DC line of control products. The I/O and Network Adapter products provide unmatched size, performance and reliability.
With an emphasis on speed, control system design, and customer profitability, features include: removable terminal blocks with retention/extraction locks; removal and insertion under power; backplane and cable interconnect system; optical isolation of all solid-state I/O; adjustable input filters and safe states; and two I/O points per isolates common.

The D77A-DNA DeviceNet Adapter provides an interface to connect IT. I/O and IT. Motor Control devices to a DeviceNet system. Additionally, the Network Adapter auto configuration allows a system of I/O and motor control devices to be configured into a DeviceNet system with the simple push of a button.
The size of the D77A modules also provides on-board regulation of 24V DC, eliminating the need for a separate I/O power supply in many applications.
