Unique, Enhanced Heavy Duty, Gas Fired or Electrically Heated Hot Air Curved Oven Systems

David Weisman, L.L.C. is pleased to introduce its latest Enhanced Heavy Duty and Heavy Duty Gas Fired or Electrically Heated Hot Air Convection Curved Oven Systems designed for customers to preheat, dry and/or cure liquid and powder coatings, and plastisol on small, and medium sized products. The systems feature quality gas fired burners or electric heating elements, a unique air recirculation system with superior internal ductwork with readily adjustable louvers to create vertical bottom up or top down airflow for great temperature uniformity throughout the oven chamber, a properly sized and temperature rated exhaust system, a heavy duty energy efficient oven insulated enclosure, and complete quality controls. Enhanced systems curved design feature pneumatic vertical lift entrance and exit doors, and slide slots for conveyor/carrier part fixturing pass window to allow conveyor and product movement through the oven chamber. Side mounted heater houses provide superior air flow performance. Temperature routinely up to 650 deg F with capabilities to 1200 deg F. Systems can be used as a stand-alone or as part of a complete circular coating system. Ovens accommodate customer conveyor/carrier systems. Systems are built complete and tested to stringent quality standards prior to shipment. On site startup up support/training or complete installation readily available. Product bulletin attached.
