The new DeBEE® 2000 Pilot Plant Homogenizer delivers infinitely adjustable, constant pressures up to 45,000 PSI at flow rates to 1 liter/min. Closed-loop pressure control assures consistent process conditions for homogeneous results with the highest process efficiency. The PLC control permits easy operation and data collection. The heart of the machine is the patented DeBEE modular Homogenizing Cell which is readily configured in the field to deliver unmatched performance with such diverse applications as emulsions, dispersions, suspensions, high-yield cell rupture, wet grinding and more. Size reductions to nanometers can be achieved in only one pass. With the unique Dual Feed, even dry powders, viscous and hot materials can be processed while avoiding wear.
