PluggIt!(TM) is especially adapted for electrical enclosures, tank walls, HVAC duct work, and all other applications that have extra holes in them either from incorrect drilling or intentional drilling for later use. PluggIt!(TM) protects against entry of dust, water and other potentially destructive elements by providing a reliable hole seal ideal for use in corrosive and outdoor environments. Cost effective PluggIt!(TM) also provides proven resistance to UV degradation.
The patent-pending PluggIt!(TM) assembly is available in four basic kits to seal cutouts from 1/2" to 2-9/16" diameters.
Among the many product features and benefits of PluggIt!(TM) are: superior corrosion resistance and the resulting increased product life expectancy compared to rust-prone carbon steel and other metallic alternatives...reduced costs versus carbon or stainless steel...and considerably better long-term resistance to UV degradation versus UV-susceptible soft rubber plugs that turn brittle from extreme temperature variations and repeated UV exposure. The fiberglass PluggIt!(TM) Hole Plug Assembly maintains all chemical resistance features of current Stahlin products, is constructed from flame retardant SMC to UL 94V-0, is a recognized submersion/hosedown rated component for use in electrical enclosures recognized to type 4X and 6P, and has been tested to IEC IP66 and IP68.
