TouchSystems Introduces First Outdoor Interactive Display

Hutto, TX - TouchSystems is proud to announce its first outdoor interactive display. TouchSystems has integrated the X 46" high-bright, large-format display with Dispersive Signal Technology (DST).

The high-bright display is perfect for outdoor locations. It boasts a high brightness (1200 cd/m2) and a high contrast ratio (3500:1). The higher brightness and contrast allow the display to be viewed during both daytime and evening hours. In addition, the display utilizes quarter-lambda film, a film that allows people to view the display even if they're wearing polarized sunglasses.

While the display does consume energy (320W), it is equipped with an ambient light sensor and other energy-conscious tools such as a scheduler and a carbon footprint meter. The display also features an advanced thermal and cooling system, which alleviates possible overheating concerns. All those things ensure that the display will enjoy a long life without usurping the life of its environment.

The sales team at TouchSystems couldn't be happier about the new product. They know that the high-bright display will meet a number of current clients' and potential clients' needs. When asked about the product, they noted, "It's our job to meet the needs of our clients. One of those needs is an outdoor display with touch capabilities."
