Revvo Caster Introduces Heavy-Duty Swivel Jacking Caster with 6-inch Lift and Directional Lock Options
The Revvo Caster Company, Inc., Buffalo, New York announces the introduction of its new heavy-duty model JA swivel jacking caster. It features a 6-inch lift and two-position directional lock or optional four-position directional lock with travel at 90 degrees to the vertical fixing plate. The new JA jacking caster has a load capacity of 5500 lbs. (2495 kg) and wheel diameter of 10 inches (25 cm). It is designed to facilitate movement and provide quick, accurate adjustment of working platforms, machines, and for other applications requiring lifting and movement.
The JA heavy-duty jacking caster has a ball journal bearing and polyurethane-on-cast-iron wheel. Swivel radius is 7-3/4 inches (20 cm); tread width is 3 inches (7.6 cm); and overall height is 29-3/8 inches (75 cm). The jacking caster also features an electrostatic-sprayed black matte finish. Operation is by means of a 30 mm A.F. ratchet lever or conventional spanner or hexagonal socket, which is removed immediately after the jacking operation, Revvo states.
