Hudson, MA – Clark Solutions introduces the ALMEMO 2590-A Professional Measuring Instrument with Data Logger Function. A hand-held, professional measuring instrument featuring 3 easy-to-understand measuring menus where 1 to 12 measured values can be displayed, the ALMEMO 2590-A offers measuring rates up to 10 measuring operations per second (mops) and over 65 standard measuring ranges.
The  ALMEMO 2590-A Measuring Instrument with Data Logger Function supports the patented ALMEMO System that enables any sensor to be easily connected to any ALMEMO Measuring Instrument through the use of ALMEMO EEPROM plugs. This unique system eliminates the need for extra programming, since all data is saved in the connector and all the user needs to do is simply plug in the sensor and the ALMEMO Measuring Instrument is automatically configured. This “Plug-And-Record” system is available only through ALMEMO and ensures that each sensor can be identified, scaled, and calibrated easily.
The ALMEMO 2590-A has sufficient memory for 99 measured values, and an ALMEMO 128 MB memory connector enabling approx. 8 million measured values is available. Standard function menus are: Maximum value, minimum value, average value over time / individual values/ measuring points, smoothing, volume flow with center point measuring, two-point adjustment, scaling, and data logger with configuration menus. Cold junction compensation, temperature compensation, and atmospheric pressure compensation are among the intelligent sensor readings. ALMEMO 2590-A Professional Measuring Instruments also feature a “sleep” mode for long-term recording applications.
Programming menus include range, units, designation, special functions, and configuration of device parameters and output modules. Operation is easy and convenient with 4 soft-keys and cursor block, and a user-friendly graphics display with white illumination.  In addition, the ALMEMO 2590-A is available with a choice of languages: German, English, or French.
