Service Network Announces New Multi-Axis Internal Grinder

The Grinding Team at Service Network, Inc. (SNI) has announced the recent shipment of their new SN400-I-U; (Universal) grinding machine configured with multiple axes and shoe centerless tooling for grinding complex aerospace bearing races. This model augments SNI's existing line of high performance internal and external grinders that are rapidly being accepted in industrial markets around the world.

In developing the SN400-I-U, SNI Engineers have drawn upon years of experience designing and developing high performance solutions for today's grinding challenges. SNI's grinders serve manufacturers of precision components including bearings, gears, aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, and similar industrial applications. While the needs for each of these industries are unique, all of SNI's grinding platforms combine such features as friction-free, active hydrostatic ways, and torsionally rigid bases, to deliver the highest level of total performance that such customer's demand.

The SN400-I-U's modular design makes it simple for SNI engineers to configure the machine with multiple grinding axes, tooling packages, and loading systems - all depending on specific customer needs. As standard, the SN Series of machines offer SNI's Millennium Series control with custom Quickpro grinding software that enable users to program and optimize grind cycles with ease and speed.

Beyond the new SN Series of Internal and External Grinders, SNI is the World's leading supplier of support, including parts, service, rebuilding, and upgrades, for HEALD grinding equipment.
