Fire-Lite Introduces MS-9200UDLS, Intelligent Addressable FACP with Built-in Communicator

NORTHFORD, Conn.-Fire-Lite Alarms, the leading manufacturer of quality life safety systems, introduces the MS-9200UDLS addressable control panel. Combining the capabilities of Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and Digital Alarm Communicator/ Transmitter (DACT) into one circuit board, the MS-9200UDLS offers a compact, cost-effective design. Offering the latest in fire protection technology, the MS-9200UDLS features LiteSpeedTM, a speed Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) protocol that simultaneously polls ten devices at a time.

The patented LiteSpeed technology polls the device several times to receive the new data. This improvement allows a fully loaded panel to report an incident and activate the notification circuits in less than ten seconds. With LiteSpeed, devices can be wired on standard twisted and unshielded wire with distances up to 10,000 feet per loop.

The MS-9200UDLS also features LED graphic and LCD annunicators, reverse polarity/city box transmitter, local and remote upload/download software and remote power expansion. The integral DACT transmits system status (alarms, troubles, AC loss, etc.) to a Central Station via the public switched telephone network. In addition, the control panel may be programmed or interrogated off-site via the public switched telephone network, allowing download of the entire program or upload of the program, history file, walk test data, current data, and system voltages.

The panel's power supply and electronics are contained on a single circuit board housed in a metal cabinet, providing a complete fire control system solution for a variety of applications including, child care, auditoriums, dormitories, theaters, restaurants, places of worship, small apartment buildings and stand alone office park buildings.
