After multi-wavelength signal passes through Tunable Filter, MEMS mirror tilts precisely to tune single wavelength channel to output fiber. Mirror features Gaussian-shaped pass-band optimized for 50 or 100 GHz channel spacing, ±50 pm wavelength setting accuracy within C or L Bands, and tuning speed of less than 30 ms.
