Mazak Optonics to Debut New Optiplex Fiber with Zeta-7 at Fabtech
Press release date: August 1, 2014
Compared to conventional laser processing machines, the OPTIPLEX Fiber significantly increases the productivity of thin to thick worksheet cutting with impressive accuracy. It is also designed to process reflective materials at greater speeds than its CO2 counterpart and can significantly reduce operating costs for applicable material types and thicknesses.
The OPTIPLEX Fiber uses the new Mazak PreView 3 CNC Control which features a user-friendly 15” touch-screen control and automatically determines the required processing conditions for the material, prior to cutting.
FABTECH attendees are invited to visit Booth B3525 to see the OPTIPLEX 3015 Fiber system and Zeta-7 cutting head in action, along with a new compact automation system and other leading-edge laser technology.
