Larson Electronics Announces the Addition of a Stanchion Mounted Explosion Proof LED Light
In response to an ongoing demand for versatile mounting options, Larson Electronics has announced the addition of their new EPL-LED7W-STCHN stanchion mounted explosion proof LED light.
The EPL-LED7W-STCHN hazardous area LED light fixture from Larson Electronics operates on 120-277 volts AC or 12-24 volts AC/DC and provides operators with a very long lived and powerful alternative to traditional HID and incandescent light fixtures. This powerful and durable fixture is approved for use in marine locations and is ideal for industrial applications, confined spaces, hazardous work areas and Class 1 Division 1 & 2 areas where a powerful and durable lighting solution is needed. The lamp housing is weatherproof and constructed of copper-free aluminum alloy featuring a baked on powder coat finish, O-ring sealed glass dome with double pitch acme threads and stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance. The high power LED lamp is protected by an internal cooling fin array that reduces heat buildup for longer LED life and higher light output consistency. The LED lamp in this fixture offers a 50,000+ hour lifespan and 1,050 lumen light output. This LED light fixture has ¾” hubs for connecting to power and can be operated with voltages of 120 to 277 volts AC without modifications. This LED light fixture has a T3C temperature rating and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
