Electronic Materials Incorporated is proud to announce a new addition to the EMCAST 750 family of thermally conductive epoxies. EMCAST 758 is a two component, highly thermally conductive room temperature or heat cure epoxy. It has a moderate viscosity of 130,000 cps and a glass transition temperature of 125°C. It's thermal conductivity is 3 W/mK. and is not electrically conductive. It is 100% solids epoxy with no solvent for zero VOC's.

EMCAST 758 is available as pre-mixed and frozen syringes or in two component kits.
The mix ratio is 2:1.
