Axiomtek Introduces 4th Generation Intel® Core(TM) 3.5-inch Embedded SBC, CAPA881
Axiomtek, one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of innovative, high performance and reliable PC-based industrial computer products, has launched CAPA881, offering broad scalability from the latest 22nm 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors (codename: Haswell) with Intel® HM86 or Intel® QM87 chipset (optional). The 3.5-inch single board computer comes with a DDR3L SO-DIMM socket up to 8 GB. The highly integrated 3.5-inch embedded board features high performance, graphics, power efficiency, security, and remote management capabilities (Intel® AMT), making it ideal for a broad range of intelligent systems such as embedded applications, gaming, DSA, DVR, IoT/M2M-related, network computing, and many more.

The extreme compact-sized 3.5-inch embedded board supports 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors (Haswell) which provide extremely high computing and great power efficiency with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology and Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology which can complete more tasks in parallel and sooner.
Enhanced Graphics Performance & Triple Independent Displays (optional)
The CAPA881 comes with VGA, LVDS, dual HDMI and DisplayPort (optional) to provide its advanced solutions for gaming, machine vision and digital signage applications. The better graphics capability and the triple independent displays function make it an outstanding multimedia solution.
Rich I/O and More Features
The integrated 3.5in embedded board is also equipped with four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 ports with +5V/+12V powered and two RS-232 ports), two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, 8-IN/OUT digital I/O, and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports. For storage concern, the CAPA881 provides one SATA-600 socket, one CFast™ socket, and one PCI Express Mini Card interface with mSATA supported. With QM87, the Intel® Active Management Technology (iAMT) 9.0 can highly reduce manageability cost and enable service providers to manage and repair the system easily.
