Hallite Introduces Newly Designed 714 Double Acting Piston Seal
Innovative quality and capability improvements put compact sealing technology on course for expanded use
WIXOM, Mich. -- Hallite Seals Americas, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of high-performance hydraulic sealing solutions, introduces the newly designed 714 high-pressure compact double acting piston seal. The redesigned sealing solution features material technology and key design enhancements to meet critical performance needs for medium to heavy duty industrial applications. It offers original equipment manufacturers (OEMS), distributors who partner with OEMs and aftermarket service providers the highest quality double acting piston seal of its type.
The redesigned Hallite 714 has a reinforced, heat stabilized, thermoplastic sealing face with a precision no gap step-cut joint, easing installation and allowing the seal to pass over ports -- making it an ideal choice for double acting telescopic cylinders. It also features a rugged extrusion-resistant design that will perform in high pressure off-highway applications with considerable extrusion gap.
