Specializing in FDA/USDA-compliant wear parts, Slideways is capable of machining process equipment components with ±0.0005" tolerances and surface finishes to 16 RMS, depending upon material. Typical materials include oil filled nylon for handling high speeds and loads, MD-nylon which features a dry lubricant, acetal, glass filled PTFE, UHMW, UHMW-HT, and aluminum.
