The PE 52 From Techmaflex, A New Multipurpose Crimping Machine For Assembling Flexible Industrial Hoses
The latest model in the range of tools for assembling hydraulic hoses offered by the French company TECHMAFLEX, the PE 52 is a new multipurpose electric crimping machine. With a two-inch (52 mm) stroke, it can crimp industrial hoses having a diameter up to four inches, with or without a flange. This stroke offers a large clearance, unequalled on the market for workbench presses. Agriculture, material handling, maintenance of machine tools, public works and general industry are all sectors where this machine will be invaluable.
The PE 52's crimping strength of 263 metric tons also allows it to assemble any two-inch four spiral hydraulic flexible hose. It comes supplied with ten sets of eight dies, with sets of larger diameters available for crimping industrial hoses.
Weighing 573 pounds and measuring 27 x 18 x 31 inches, the compact PE 52 can be mounted on a workbench. Easy to use, it is also ready equipped for use with a quick change tool for dies. Using this configuration, the complete set of tooling can be changed in a few seconds, producing large time savings.
