ACO 07 Crimp Force Monitor

The new Schleuniger ACO 07 crimp force monitor, designed for use with semi-automatic benchtop crimping presses, introduces many enhanced features and crimp force monitoring capabilities. This new machine replaces its predecessor, the ACO 05.

The analysis capabilities of the ACO 07 are extremely powerful due to a faster processor and optimized software. With this new device, users also benefit from smaller tolerance limits for finer adjustments and more flexibility to find the optimum crimping parameters for different applications. The optimal crimp production parameters can then be stored for later recall. In addition, the standard VGA interface allows users to clearly view crimp curves without the need for a PC.

ACO devices can be networked with other Schleuniger crimp quality assurance equipment via the WinCrimp analysis software, thereby creating very powerful and effective quality monitoring system.

The enhanced features in the new Schleuniger ACO 07 make it an extremely impressive quality monitoring device that is simple to use.
