This technology allows different size goods to be conveyed with the same timing belt by changing the profile set-up only. The profiles can be converted, interchanged, or reconfigured with simple hand tools. The ATN technology combines flexibility, strength, and accuracy and offers highly accurate profile positioning. The profiles are fastened to the timing belt by means of nylon, brass or stainless steel inserts (mounting holes provided).
This connection technology also allows ATN convertible profiles to be attached even in the joined area. The allowable tensile load (Fzul. in N) for ATN 10 and ATN 12.7 tooth pitch polyurethane timing belts is up to 1500 N = 337.2 lbs. Convertible profiles can be attached in increments of one tooth.
