Hyson Products Introduces High Pressure Compression Tank

Brecksville, OH-Hyson Products introduces a high pressure compression tank for use in nitrogen gas spring systems. Hyson Products is a division of Associated Spring, a business unit of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE:B)

The high pressure compression tank is engineered for use at 150 bar/2175 psi. It provides a lower pressure rise for gas spring systems and less heat build-up for longer gas spring life.

Its new modular design is more cost effective than a conventional welded tank. Other features include a rupture disc plug for added safety and multiple ports on each end for increased flexibility. Three models in the series provide standard volumes from 100 cubic inches to 460 cubic inches.

Hyson Products designs and manufactures Nitro-Dyne® XP manifold systems and accessories, Super Tanker® high performance gas springs with dynamic lubrication, T2 and T3 nitrogen gas springs, the Dyne-A-Cam(TM) Series of cams and the DRAG(TM) Series of delayed return manifolds.
