Dynabrade, Inc of Clarence, New York is pleased to introduce a new 3” diameter combination Sander/Buffer. This new air tool allows dual-purpose Random Orbital Sanding and Rotary Polishing.
Weighing just 1.5 lbs, the 12,000-RPM tool is ideal for the repair and sanding of scratches and imperfections on a variety of surfaces. It is also excellent for repairing dust nibs and blemishes on paints and clear coats. The tool can easily switch from a 3/16” Random Orbital pattern to a fixed Rotary Mode with the simple turn of a switch. Sand the imperfection in the sander mode. Then, switch to rotary mode for final polishing. The lightweight, palm-style design offers great comfort and control.
In Random Orbital Sander mode, the 3” diameter tool is excellent for use on contoured surfaces and tight areas. As a Rotary Buffer, the tool runs at 12,000 RPM free speed, then slows to 4,000 RPM while in use. An adjustable speed regulator is also included to fine-tune the speed to the specific task. For buffing various painted surfaces, the tool is ideal for use in Automotive, Marine, and Aviation Accounts.
