Sun Valley Lighting's Traditional Colonial Lantern Now Available in 3 Sizes with LED or HID
PALMDALE, CAÂ -- Sun Valley Lighting introduces the Colonial Lantern, a traditionally-styled luminaire family available in three scaled fixture sizes for site versatility. The models offer new design options for historic districts, municipalities and malls.
Along with pole and pendant-mounted fixtures, the Colonial Lantern is also offered as a wall-mount and as bollards for pathway illumination. Pole and pendant fixtures can be single or multi-luminaire mounted.
Reflecting a classic design, the four-sided Lantern features uniform, glare-free illumination with energy-saving HID lighting from 50 to 250W. Additional optics are also available from 26 to 180W, including: Sun Valley’s exclusive VLED system in Types II, III, IV and VSq light distributions; LED Power Array with multiple light distributions; HID low profile segmented reflector modules in Types II, III, IV and VSq; and more.
Easy-to-access, the one-piece housing is constructed from low copper, heavy wall aluminum casting. The hood is fastened to the housing with a stainless steel hinge and secured with a stainless steel latch.
Standard textured finishes feature an electrostatically-applied polyester powder coat baked at 400° for maximum hardness and durability. Colors include black, white, grey, dark bronze and green; custom colors are also available. A wide selection of pole mounting styles is also offered by Sun Valley Lighting.
