International Contract Molding Launches Collapsible Tote
CHARLOTTE, NC, – InterÂnaÂtional ConÂtract MoldÂing, LLC (ICM) launches new ColÂlapsiÂble Tote to expand its reusable packÂagÂing portÂfoÂlio. The tote’s colÂlapsiÂble design optiÂmizes shipÂping and storÂage costs when empty. Equipped with an access door, the ColÂlapsiÂble Tote allows for easy conÂtact with mateÂriÂals. AddiÂtionÂally, the conÂtainer is designed to be comÂpatÂiÂble with robot retrieval sysÂtems also known as “pick and place” systems.
ICM’s ColÂlapsiÂble Tote feaÂtures rapid snap assemÂbly and secure stackÂing once assemÂbled. It quickly and easÂily colÂlapses with pinch and snap latches. Ergonomic hanÂdles proÂvide easy mateÂrÂial hanÂdling while exteÂrior supÂport strucÂture allows for smooth inteÂrior walls. This fully recyÂclable and returnÂable conÂtainer is an effiÂcient, cost-effective soluÂtion for a variÂety of indusÂtry materials.
Need cusÂtomizaÂtion? ICM’s ColÂlapsiÂble Tote offers molded-in brandÂing locaÂtions availÂable on two sides of the conÂtainer as well as a molded-in label posiÂtionÂing guide for idenÂtiÂfiÂcaÂtion or brandÂing decals. Upon request RFID and/or barÂcode options are availÂable. The Tote is availÂable in dark grey or black as well as a variÂety of cusÂtom color options.
ICM’s ColÂlapsiÂble Tote meaÂsures 23.63” L x 15.72” W x 11.75” H and is injecÂtion molded using PolypropyÂlene (PP). This reusable conÂtainer is designed for duraÂbilÂity. ColÂlapsed, the Tote meaÂsures 3” high. The mold will run on their 1800 ton plasÂtic injecÂtion moldÂing machine.
