Belleville, NJ- The VAC-U-MAX Model 2120 Central Vacuum System collects debris directly into a 55 gallon drum with virtually no discharge problems. The 2120 features a 36"diameter filter housing with 230 square feet of filter area, comprising a cloth-to-air ratio less than 3:1 to minimize stress on he filters; a Teflon coating provides a slick filter surface that will allow debris to release easily, preventing material build-up, and filter blinding. Additional features include continuous pulse filter cleaning and off line filter cleaning to maximize filter efficiency. The Model 2120 uses a positive displacement pump for its ability to handle continuous heavy load factors. The vacuum pump is driven by a severe-duty 3-phase electric motor for low maintenance and long-life operation. UV-resistant pneumatic tubing and powder paint finish protect all components exposed to the elements. Further weatherproofing the MDL2120 from the elements are the bulkhead style filter access doors, which are designed to divert rain or snow from the door hinges and locking claps. These doors also provide easy access to the filters for inspection and service.
