Bus Modules are designed to control solenoid valves.

Press Release Summary:

PVLB10 and PVLC10 Serial Bus Modules provide 16 output capability and are compatible with DeviceNet, Profibus-DP and Interbus-S protocols. They have 21.6 to 26.4 Vdc solenoid supply voltage and continuous duty working temperature rating of 32°F to 104°F. Modules are suitable for applications where there is a need to reduce wiring, or when sandwich regulation, flow controls or input connectivity are not required.

Parker Introduces Compact PVLB10 and PVLC10 Serial Bus Modules

The Pneumatic Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation has introduced a new range of compact bus modules designed to control the company's PVLB10 and PVLC10 solenoid valves. The PVLB 10 and PVLC 10 Serial Bus Modules provide 16-output capability, fast, easy valve additions and subtractions, and are compatible with DeviceNet, Profibus-DP and Interbus-S protocols. This makes them ideal for applications where space is at a premium, or there is a need to reduce wiring, or when sandwich regulation, flow controls or input connectivity are not required.

The PVLB10 and PVLC10 Serial Bus Modules have a 21.6 to 26.4VDC solenoid supply voltage and a continuous duty working temperature rating of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C).

The modules can be connected directly to the air supply on Parker PVLC 10 valves and single solenoid PVLB 10 valves. A separate transition plate is required when using double solenoid
PVLB 10 valves. The PVL Series are modular stacking solenoid and remote operated valves that permit creation of a "custom" manifold in a small space, thus reducing costs and simplifying servicing and reconfiguration.
