RIELLO BURNERS Introduces "R" Series Oil, Gas, Low NoX Natural Gas and Dual Fuel Burners for Commercial and Process Applications

Mississauga, ONT and Hingham, MA: RIELLO is proud to introduce its "RI" Series burners to OEMs, manufacturers' representatives, specifying engineers and mechanical contractors throughout North America.

The "R" Series burners have been specifically engineered for the USA and Canadian markets and are suitable for a wide range of commercial and light-process applications.

RIELLO offers the "R" Series burners in two distinct design platforms with 64 different model configurations to fit a variety of applications.

The firing ranges/capacities are as follows:
- Dual fuel from 177,000 Btu/hr to 4,760,000 Btu/hr.
- Gas from 177,000 Btu/hr to 7,813,000 Btu/hr.
- Natural Gas Low NoX from 307,000 Btu/hr to 6,388,000 Btu/hr.
- Light-oil from 2.4 USgph to 65.6 USgph.

The "R" Series burners are available in on-off, 2-stage, and modulating configurations for flexibility in selecting the appropriate mode of operation for specific applications.

The 2-stage burners supplied with camnetic fuel/air control systems can be converted into modulating burners simply by supplying a modulating signal to the servomotor.

Exclusive RIELLO equipment features, such as the service slide bars and an exterior drawer assembly adjustment screw on each model, allow for ease of installation, maintenance and service by field technicians.

The "R" Series also allows choice and use of third-party controls, such as Honeywell gas valves and flame safeguard controls; Siemens gas valves and flame safeguard controls; Fireye flame safeguard controls; and Dungs gas valves.

The burners are UL, cUL approved and also meet several regional and local standards (e.g. MEA for New York City).

Originally introduced to Europe in the mid-9Os where the burners have exhibited an outstanding field record, the "R" Series technology has now been adapted and reconfigured for North American applications.
