Product News: Fluid & Gas Flow Equipment
Bulk Diesel Filters meet Tier IV cleanliness requirements.
Press Release Summary:
January 22, 2013 - With respective flow rates of 16 and 32 gpm, BDF1 and BDF2 suit single-pass fuel dispensing or tank kidney loop systems on either suction or pressure side applications. Products combine KL3 particulate filter with ICF coalescing filter and are designed to meet worldwide diesel cleanliness requirements of Tier IV high pressure, common rail injection diesel engines. Proper maintenance of particulate pre-filter reduces coalescing element change-out to semi-annually or annually.

Schroeder Industries Introduces Bulk Diesel Filters | BDF1 & BDF2
Press release date: January 21, 2013
The BDF1, 16 gpm (61 L/min) and BDF2, 32 gpm (121 L/min), were designed to meet the rigorous diesel cleanliness requirements of Tier IV high pressure, common rail injection diesel engines, worldwide. The BDF1 and BDF2 combine Schroeder's well-known KL3 particulate filter with its patent-pending ICF coalescing filter. The BDF1 and BDF2 flow rates are ideal for single-pass fuel dispensing or tank kidney loop systems on either suction or pressure side applications.
A key feature of the Bulk Diesel Filters is their fully synthetic, coalescing media technology. With proper maintenance of the particulate pre-filter, coalescing element change-out is reduced to semi-annually or annually. A reduction in overall element costs helps customers achieve a rapid return on investment. Options include a highly visible, particulate element change indicator light and a water sump heater for sub-freezing climates.
