Brushless Amplifiers offer DSP-based sinusoidal performance.

Press Release Summary:

SS500A and SS600A SimpleServo digital brushless amplifiers range from 80 to 320 Vdc and 115 Vac/230 Vac; with peak currents ranging from 4 to 24 amps. Units can drive linear or rotary brushless motors with encoder feedback. SimpleServo drives accept +/-10 V analog for controlling torque and velocity, or Step-and-Direction for controlling positioning. Pass-through encoder output facilitates interface to multi-axis motion controllers.

Original Press Release:

Advanced Digital announces its newest SimpleServo® digital brushless amplifiers, the SS500A and SS600A.

Advanced Digital announces its newest SimpleServo® digital brushless amplifiers, the SS500A and SS600A.

These drives offer DSP-based Sinusoidal performance and the latest technology available in an industrial package.

By limiting I/O and designing for volume manufacturing, Advanced Digital is able to offer the performance available previously only in $1,000+ servo drives, but for a fraction of the price.

The SimpleServo® ranges from 80 to 320 VDC and 115VAC/230VAC; with peak currents ranging from 4 to 24 amps.

The SimpleServo® can drive linear or rotary brushless motors with encoder feedback.

The SimpleServo® accepts ±1OV analog for controlling torque and velocity, or Step-and-Direction for controlling positioning. Pass-through encoder output facilitates easy interface to
multi-axis motion controllers.

Most units have CE compliance and UL recognition.

SimpleServo® pricing begins at $250 for a thousand.
