Purifier® Axiom(TM) Class II, Type C1 Biosafety Cabinet is the First to Function as Both Type A2 and B2.
Labconco Corporation introduces an entirely new type of biosafety cabinet that can function as a Type A2, which recirculates air back into the laboratory, and as a Type B2 which is ducted to the outside. The new Purifier® Axiom™ bridges the gap between Type A and Type B by offering an Omni-Flex design allowing the cabinet to be installed in a Type A mode when not working with chemical hazards or in a ducted Type B mode when the application changes for using hazardous vapors. If your application changes, just connect or disconnect the Axiom from the exhaust.
