BGA Socket supports zero delay PLL clock driver IC.

November 16, 2012 - Designed for 0.5mm pitch, 3 x 7.5 mm clock driver IC, Model SG-BGA-7244 operates at bandwidths up to 10 GHz with less than 1 dB insertion loss. Contact resistance is typically 20 mΩ per I/O. Constructed with gold-plated embedded wire on elastomer as interconnect material between device and PCB, socket features temperature range of -35 to +100°C, current capacity of 2 A per pin, and pin self inductance of 0.15 nH. Socket is mounted on PCB using supplied hardware with no soldering required.

Socket Your Zero Delay PLL Clock Driver Using Elastomer Socket with Superior Electrical Performance

The SG-BGA-7244 sockets are constructed with high performance and low inductance gold plated embedded wire on elastomer as interconnect material between device and PCB. The temperature range is -35C to +100 C. The pin self inductance is 0.15 nH and mutual inductance of 0.025 nH. Capacitance to ground is 0.01 pF. Current capacity is 2 amps per pin.
