High Temperature Back Pressure Regulator



Equilibar's HT1 is a high temperature back pressure regulator for temperatures as high as 450 degrees C.  The HT1 utilizes Graphoil GTA 99.9% pure nuclear grade graphite gaskets to prevent leakage.  Regulation of the back pressure is by direct diaphragm sealing technology where the diaphragm and the regulator body are both manufactured from SS316L.  This technology allows the HT1 to work well with gas, liquid, and mixed gas and liquid phase media.  Applications include combustion byproduct sampling and high temperature catalysis research.  The HT1 can control back pressures up to 5000psi (345 Bar) and is available in 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4 port sizes in a variety of port thread options.
