Ransohoff Introduces Next Generation "Waste Wizard®" Solution Recycling System with Advanced Controls



Cincinnati, OH



Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group LLC, has introduced the next generation of its popular WasteWizard® solution recycling system, which now features advanced Siemens controls with programmable digital color display screen and expandable modules to meet a wider range of recycling applications.



The new WasteWizard system is a highly automated, low-maintenance point-of-use solution designed for the factory floor, featuring a patented process to filter out and collect the soluble waste contaminates while purifying valuable components that can be reused. It’s ideal for recycling aqueous cleaner baths, mass finishing compounds, mop water, and other water based industrial fluids.



Some other unique features and benefits of the Waste Wizard include: closed loop on solution based processes; continuous recycling of solution; energy cost savings; and reduced solution treatment fees.



The WasteWizard system is available with a standard 55 gallon (200 L) drum or optional 100 gallon (380 L) tank for convenient waste disposal of the concentrated oil and solids collected by the system.
