S.I.TECH Introduces a New Full Duplex AUDIO to Fiber Bit-Driver



S.I. Tech, Inc. has introduced a new Full Duplex (bidirectional) Audio to Fiber Bit-Driver, Model 2239. This product is designed for Bidirectional Audio communication with dedicated fiber link over short or long distances.



Model 2239 provide two-way stereo audio over fiber. Typical applications include Paging Systems, Music Distribution and Control with Audio tones. Additionally, Model 2239 can be used with Multimode or Single Mode fiber for short or long distances respectively.



Model 2239 has 1/8” (3.5 MM) microphone input and stereo line level phono jack inputs. The 2239 digitizes audio input into 16 bit samples at 48KHZs.rate.The digitized high quality audio is transmitted across fiber to remote end and converted back to analog format. The 2239 has 1/8”(3.5MM) headphone jack, Line level phono jacks,  and speaker phono jacks.



The 2239 has line input volume adjustment to maximize the use of the digitized channel and speaker/headphone volume adjustment. It also has a mute button.
